Are there service level commitments? How does Linkserve AI ensure service quality and address performance issues?

Absolutely! We have specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain high-quality service, timely execution, and reliable performance.

During the campaign period, Linkserve AI and the client will conduct regular quality checks via video conference to evaluate performance and ensure adherence to agreed service levels. Both parties will agree in writing on reasonable remedies, provided the issues are properly documented and verified.

Do you offer any guarantees for your services?

We stand by our work! Specific warranties related to service quality and performance are detailed in the agreement.

How much do your services cost?

Pricing depends on the package or custom services you choose. All costs, including any one-time fees or recurring charges, are clearly detailed in the agreement and invoice.

Why do you require pre-payment for your services?

Payment processing whether via credit card or wire transfer can take up to 15 business days. Pre-payment helps ensure that we get the team and providers gets paid on time, ensuring no service disruptions.

What if I want to upgrade my service package?

We love seeing your business grow! If you need to upgrade your service package, just let us know at least 10 business days before the campaign period starts, so we can make sure we have the right team ready to support your additional needs. We’ll handle the adjustments smoothly so there’s no disruption to your operations!

What happens to any unused hours in my package?

Unused hours can’t be carried over to the next month or refunded since our team’s availability is scheduled in advance. To maximize your package, we recommend planning tasks ahead—but if you need adjustments for the next cycle, just give us a heads-up, and we’ll see what we can do!

What if I have multiple campaigns? Can 1 package be applicable to all of my projects?

For better budget and tracking of tasks, it would be best to have one package for every business. We can dedicate 80 hours per month per business. That's like having someone work for each business an average of 4 hrs a day in 20 working days.

Does the package quote include VOIP, phone numbers, and A2P 10DLC registration?

No, this is a separate cost.

How long does the agreement last?

Our contracts start month-to-month with no long-term commitment. If things go well (which we strive for!), you can renew for quarterly, semi-annual, or annual terms—and enjoy savings based on your chosen duration.

Can the contract be renewed?

Yes! If we’re both happy with the partnership, we can renew the agreement based on the outlined renewal process.

Can we make changes to the contract later?

Any modifications need to be agreed upon in writing and signed by both parties. We’re flexible, but everything should be documented properly!

What if we need to end the contract early?

We get it—sometimes things change, but we need a thirty (30) calendar day notice before end of contract.

Long term contracts which let you enjoy lower fees will be pro-rated to the monthly package rates.

Payments

How can we make payments?

Once you have chosen a package, our Accounting Department will send you an invoice where you enter your credit card details.

What happens if we miss a payment?

We totally get that things happen! If a payment is late, a 1% late fee of the outstanding balance per month and interest will accrue from the original due date until it's fully settled. Until payment is received, services will be temporarily paused—but don’t worry, once everything’s squared away, we’ll get right back on track!

When should I expect the invoice? When is the invoice due?

Invoices are to be issued ten (10) calendar days before the campaign period.

Invoices are to be settled on or before eight (8) calendar days before the campaign period.

How do we get started?

To get started, simply fill out the business inquiry form, purchase the Linkserve AI & Dedicated Specialist package, and we'll begin onboaring you as a client. Proceed with the payment to secure your best-fit team members.

What are your regular working hours?

Our regular working hours are Monday to Friday 10AM-6PM Eastern Standard Time. There are instances that our virtual assistants adjust to the business hours of where the clients are located.

How long is the turn around time for the projects we request?

Turnaround time depends on the project scope and agreed timeline. You will have access to the project sheet, allowing both parties to track tasks, hours, and progress. Monthly discussions are conducted to review projections, and any needed adjustments will be communicated via email. The project coordinator will then consolidate and document the updates in the project sheet to ensure all changes are properly accommodated.

How will we receive the deliverables?

Depending on the service, we’ll deliver them through email, shared platforms, or any other agreed method that works best for both of us.

What happens if there’s a disagreement?

We always aim for smooth sailing, but in case of disputes, we follow an escalation process—starting with discussions and, if needed, formal mediation or arbitration.

What’s expected from us as clients?

Your role is just as important as ours! We’ll need you to provide necessary information, access, and timely feedback so we can deliver the best results.

We take confidentiality very seriously—your sensitive data stays protected and won’t be shared with third parties unless legally required.

What happens to our files if we stop working together?
